Publishers appreciate the opportunity to present educational materials
in a hearing setting. To facilitate the process, you may want
to:
- send your representative a map to the school and mark the
best location for unloading,
- arrange for a first-floor room if possible, and,
- allow teachers to move from room to room, visiting the publishers'
reps, so that teachers don't have to wait for the reps to set
up again and again.
